Diversity, Gender and Inclusion 

CPHRM Group successfully implemented GESI research in seven countries: Kenya, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Nepal, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. This project was part of a results-based financing initiative funded by DFID, aimed to scale up sustainable sanitation and hygiene for all. The research focused on understanding social exclusion dynamics within sanitation and hygiene programs, including demand creation, sanitation supply chains, hygiene BCC and governance for SNV Netherlands Development Organisation.  Research and Insights

Voice of Change was a program conducted by CPHRM for SNV Netherland Development Organization. The research study provided empirical evidence on the relationship of poor sanitation, health and poverty in 3 counties (Elgeyo Marakwet, Kericho and Homabay) in Kenya. The research contributed to the global findings demonstrating interaction of social, health, nutritional, economic environmental factors and poor sanitation environment. Project Link. CPHRM also conducted a research on the effects of non-pharmaceutical interventions related to the COVID-19 Pandemic in African countries played a crucial role in informing the decision-making of actors in the WASH sector. It identified the most effective types of interventions for behavioral change, thereby contributing significantly to the sector's response to the pandemic. This particular project was done for SIMAVI.

Market Research in Healthcare

The market research synthesized existing information and gathered new knowledge about pro-poor private sector markets to improve access for poor people in 12 selected Counties in Kenya on behalf of DFID. The research findings have informed the strategy of private-sector Health care in Kenya.

Consumer Research in Healthcare

The research study assessed the quality of service provision and determined the accuracy of information provided to clients for Marie Stopes Kenya regarding specific health commodities regimes and the accuracy of information supplied to clients regarding complications, client expectations, and side effects in Kenya.
